Inquest Into North Strabane Man's Death Reconvenes Friday
Kelly Duane Smith was killed by police after a pursuit in July 2010.
County Coroner Tim Warco announced Tuesday that the inquest into the death of a man who was killed in July of 2010 after a police pursuit will reconvene on Friday morning.
It will take place at 10 a.m. Friday in the Family Court in the City of Washington.
The inquest into the death of Kelly Duane Smith began Nov. 4.

After crashing his car near the Kopper Kettle in South Strabane, Kelly reportedly fled from police on foot, shooting at officers who shot back, killing him, according to WPXI-TV.
