Lawsuit Against Canon-McMillan Dismissed
School board President Debbie Link on Friday said she had no comment on the matter.

A federal judge on Friday dismissed a lawsuit filed against Canon-McMillan School District and a number of its administrators.
Board President Debbie Link on Friday said she was unaware that a lawsuit filed by a former student and her family against the district regarding a former volunteer coach whoād been convicted of sexual abuse against the girl had been dismissed.
Court records show that the coach, Justin Bedilion, 29, was charged by Canonsburg police in 2007 with indecent deviate sexual intercourse, involuntary assault and corruption of minors. He pleaded guilty to the charges in 2008, according to records.
