Man Jailed on Attempted Homicide Charge
North Strabane police charged Harry Orion Hibbs Jr. with criminal attempt at homicide following an incident on Christmas Eve.
A Washington man is in the county jail for criminal attempt at homicide and other charges following a Christmas Eve incident.
charged Harry Orion Hibbs Jr., 51, who has a Washington address, with criminal attempt at homicide, two counts of aggravated assault and three counts of simple assault.
Online court records show Hibbs was arraigned Saturday before district Judge Ethan Ward and remanded to the Washington County Jail Sunday after failing to post a $500,000 bond.
