McKees Rocks Man Charged in Kuzak Shooting
Allegheny County Police charged Emilio Rivera with felony charges Thursday—including two counts of an assault of a law enforcement officer.

Allegheny County police on Thursday charged a McKees Rocks man with the shooting of Clairton police officer James Kuzak Jr.—formerly of the Cecil Township department.
