North Strabane Man Charged With Sexually Assaulting Teen Girl

North Strabane police said a township man sexually assaulted a teenage girl several times in his Meadowview home between November and February.

Police on Wednesday charged Kenneth M. Glen, 49, of 260 Meadowview Dr., with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful restraint, corruption of minors and furnishing liquor to minors.

According to a criminal complaint, Glen is accused of providing alcohol to a girl who is identified only as having been younger than 16 years old.

The complaint also indicates that he performed sex acts on the girl, who he restrained by “her arms and legs to the bed in his home.”

Glen was arraigned by District Judge Jay Weller Thursday afternoon, and placed in the Washington County Jail on $25,000 straight bond. The Washington County Jail website did not list him as an inmate as of Friday afternoon.
