The partnership combines Korean power-equipment expertise with U.S. infrastructure know-how as Hyosung expands its American footprint, including major transformer operations in Memphis and new HVDC technology development in Korea.
   

• Ohio man charged with robbing South Strabane motel employee at knifepoint (observer-reporter.com) — A man from Ohio is accused of robbing a South Strabane motel employee at knifepoint Wednesday, then fleeing in an SUV allegedly driven by a Canonsburg resident. Police quickly stopped the vehicle near Strabane Square, arrested both men, and recovered syringes, stamp bags, and the knife, with court hearings now scheduled in Washington County.
