State AG Charges Canonsburg Man With Drug Offenses
The criminal complaint was not available Thursday, according to district Judge James Ellis' staff.

The state attorney general's office on Thursday charged a Canonsburg man with two counts of drug possession with intent to deliver and other offenses.
Court dockets show that Eldridge Hudson, 41, was arraigned on the charges before district and remanded to the Washington County Jail on $50,000 straight bond.
His preliminary hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. Sept. 16 before district .

Details surrounding Hudson's arrest were unclear Thursday. A clerk who answered the phone at Ellis' office said the complaint was not available at the office because it was en route to Costanzo's office.
A clerk at Costanzo's office indicated the complaint was not in that office, either.

The state attorney general's press office could not be reached by telephone, and representatives did not immediately return an email asking for more information on the case.
