Two Charged in Shooting Near Karen's Korner Bar
A Washington man was charged with attempted homicide and myriad other violations.

Canonsburg police on Thursday charged a Washington man with attempted homicide and a host of other charges related to a shooting that occured last week outside Karen's Korner bar.
Borough police also charged Jereme Bedillion, 34, with criminal attempt to commit aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment and firearms violations, according to police Chief R.T. Bell.
He was arraigned before district Judge David Mark and remanded to the Washington County Jail on $250,000 straight bond. His preliminary hearing has been scheduled for 9:45 a.m. Aug. 1 before Mark.

Also charged in the incident was Burl J. Nichols Jr., 35, of Canonsburg.
Canonsburg police charged him with firearms violations. Nichols was also arraigned before Mark, who set a $50,000 bond. His preliminary hearing his scheduled for 9:45 a.m. Aug. 1 before Mark.
