Woman Charged After Reportedly Punching Another in the Face
The alleged assault took place in district Judge David Mark's office on Tuesday.

Canonsburg police charged a City of Washington woman with simple assault and harassment after she reportedly punched someone after a hearing at a district Judge David Mark's office Tuesday morning.
Police said Jodi Lynn Smith, 31, of 768 Regent Drive, had just won a civil suit filed against Candace Renee Kennedy, no age or address given, when the assault occurred.
"Kennedy proceeded to exit the courtroom but Smith had already exited. Smith then proceeded out the main door but had come back inside the lobby to see about any paperwork she needed," the criminal complaint indicates. "Once Smith viewed Kennedy in the lobby area, she struck her with two closed fists. Both strikes hit Kennedy in the facial area."
