Open to anyone without prerequisites or work commitments, the evening course could ease Cumberland Goodwill EMS’s staffing crunch while giving Carlisle-area residents a no-cost path into emergency services or related careers. 
• Carlisle Fairgrounds filled with 3,000 Corvettes for annual three-day showcase (wgal.com) — Thousands of Corvettes are rolling into the Carlisle Fairgrounds this Thursday through Saturday, with about 3,000 cars spanning multiple generations and some worth millions. Visitors can browse rare models, shop parts and merchandise, and even bid on cars at auction, with tickets available at the gate or through the Carlisle Events website.
