Ford Bronco Roadster Concept Heading To 2026 Ford Nationals (fordauthority.com) — Car lovers in Carlisle can soon see the one-of-a-kind Ford Bronco Roadster Concept when the 2026 Carlisle Ford Nationals roll into town June 5–7. The 60th anniversary celebration will pack Building T and surrounding displays with historic Broncos, special builds, and a full production timeline for fans to explore. 
2. 2026 Carlisle Import & Performance Nationals (hemmings.com) — Carlisle’s Import & Performance Nationals just wrapped up at the Carlisle Fairgrounds with record participation, drawing 2,288 registered vehicles and thousands of enthusiasts. The club‑heavy show mixed rare imports, drifting, autocross, and swap‑meet finds, and organizers are already inviting fans back when the event returns May 14–15, 2027.
3. Dickinson College partners with Cal Poly to launch new 'RattleCam' live stream (fox43.com) — Dickinson College in Carlisle has teamed up with Cal Poly to launch a new 24/7 YouTube livestream that lets you watch timber rattlesnakes at a remote Pennsylvania site. The Carlisle-based Project RattleCam invites local residents, students, and teachers to join live chats, help identify snakes, and even contribute to real scientific research and classroom lessons from home.
4. Carlisle man killed in Snyder County crash after pickup overturns (fox56.com) — A 66-year-old Carlisle man, Keith T. Kmetz, was killed Wednesday morning when his pickup overturned along North Old Trail in Snyder County, according to state police. A passenger from Wilkes-Barre suffered serious injuries, and investigators say neither occupant was wearing a seat belt as they continue reviewing witness accounts and surveillance footage.
5. Man lied about NASCAR truck being street legal, sold it at auction in Carlisle with fake title, PSP say (tristatealert.com) — State police say a man allegedly used a fake title to sell a retired NASCAR race truck as a street‑legal pickup through the Carlisle Auto Auction in Cumberland County. Investigators later determined the truck was not street legal, and multiple felony and misdemeanor charges were filed through a local magisterial district court.
