• Road closures expected ahead of Pennsylvania Defense and Innovation Summit (abc27.com) — Expect major traffic changes around the Army War College in Carlisle on July 14 and 15 as roads close for the Pennsylvania Defense and Innovation Summit featuring national security leaders, Senator Dave McCormick, and President Donald Trump. Post Road will be fully closed both days, and key sections of Claremont Road will face rolling restrictions, though access for residents, businesses, and event traffic will be maintained.
