• Deluzio Celebrates New, Daily Amtrak Service Connecting Pittsburgh to the Commonwealth (house.gov) — Carnegie residents are at the center of a major rail upgrade, as Rep. Chris Deluzio announced from Carnegie that Amtrak will add a second daily Pennsylvanian train between Pittsburgh and the east later this year. Funded by a large federal grant he backed, the added service aims to improve Western Pennsylvania’s long-neglected passenger rail connections to Harrisburg, Philadelphia, and New York City.
