• Berks motorcyclist killed in Route 222 crash (readingeagle.com) — A fatal crash on Route 222 near Cetronia Road in Upper Macungie left a 31-year-old motorcyclist dead Monday morning after being struck from behind by a dump truck. The victim, from Reading, was pronounced dead at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, and police are asking anyone who witnessed the collision to contact them as the investigation continues.
