Horrified by her lack of empathy or common sense. Recording abuse in a class room is a crime since when? It's a PUBLIC SCHOOL, where the district reserves the right to have observers in the classroom at anytime. So how could an open classroom be considered a place where one would expect privacy? Bad application of the law ,your honor, very bad.
