Dear Judge - Felony Wire Tapping isn't even remotely what this child did. Every move he made was FULLY LEGAL according to the law.

Wire Tapping is tapping wires - ie: telephones and so forth. It is not recording a public conversation in a public place.

Public recording is permissible in offices, meetings, places of more than 2 present individuals, livingrooms (that's why baby cams are legal) and anywhere public may be, even in a private residence, but is not permissible without the consent if there are only 2 present, and if the recording is unbeknownst to the person being recorded and it is in a private bedroom, bathroom or private area.

You are a judge, yet cannot make this distinction? Please, someone appeal this case immediately, as what the child did was not even CLOSE to wire-tapping.

Furthermore, it would be prudent for the school officials who overlooked this bullying to apologize both, to the parent and child, and to all involved, as well as the school board, as they have made a very un-just call.

This child had already undergone every single alternative according to this case, prior to recording and the recorded incident again, was not illegally committed.

As a parent and an advocate, I would say, "Shame on you" to the judge overseeing this case, and to the 2 officials, and teachers, who turned their backs to the need and plight of this child.

It is outrageous that you did not teach this child that he mattered, but instead, taught him that asking for help, and protecting himself, only get him punished.

Bully to you! And I mean it. Pun intended! You are no better than the original bullies.
