Awakened by a spiritual calling, he channeled his grief into action. Taking a profound leap of faith, he was able to walk the path of healing and compassion and work to change the lives of children and youth all over the world.Tom Etzel is an author, altruist and philanthropist. Join certified yoga instructor Leah Shuck for a gentle, slower flow yoga practice every second and fourth Monday evening!Mindful yoga is a rewarding way to exercise while reducing stress and centering your mind. Please bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, and something to use as a strap (an old scarf, belt, or necktie work just fine!). You are also welcome to bring a block, blanket, bolster, etc if you wish. If you don’t have a yoga mat, we have a few available to borrow.This is a pay-what-you-can class where participants can pay $0-$15, with a suggested donation of $10 per class.
