If you're going to charge a kid with filming bullies, you should issue bench warrants for the bullies AND the admins.
The admins by law are guilty of:
Aiding and abetting. The kids assaulted and battered the child. By attempting to delete the recording she tampered with valuable evidence.
Tampering with evidence
Obstruction of justice.
