19 Year Old Goes Missing In Germantown Area: Police
Rhamir Clark was last seen at about 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 3 on Armat Street in the Germantown area, according to Philadelphia Police.
PHILADELPHIA – Philadelphia Police are searching for a young man who was last seen more than a week ago in the Germantown area.
Police said Rhamir Clark, 19, was last seen at about 5 p.m. Saturday, March 3 on the 30 block of Armat Street.
He is 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds, and has a small build, police said.

Clark has a light brown complexion with black curly hair.
He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and red and white shoes when he was last seen, police said.
