20-Year-Old Charged In Chestnut Hill Home Invasion, Sexual Assault
The man is being held on $1,000,000 bail, court records show.

A 20-year-old Philadelphia man has been arrested and charged in connection with the home invasion and sexual assault that occurred early Saturday morning at an East Chestnut Hill Avenue home, Philadelphia Police said.
James Bradley, of the 6800 block of Quincy Street in Philadelphia, has been charged with numerous crimes.
According to police and court records, Bradley has been charged with two counts each of robbery, unlawful restraint, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, false imprisonment, theft by unlawful taking, and Receiving Stolen Property; one count each of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, burglary, sexual assault, criminal trespassing, indecent exposure, indecent assault, and related offenses.

Bradley is being held on $1,000,000 bail court records show. He is slated to appear before Judge James M. DeLeon on Feb. 9 for his preliminary hearing.
The incident occurred early Saturday morning when a husband and wife awoke to a man in the bedroom of their East Chestnut Hill Avenue home at about 4:25 a.m.

The man held a gun to the 55-year-old husband's head and forced the 56-year-old wife to perform sex acts on him.
The man fled the home after he set his gun down and the wife grabbed it, aiming the weapon at the man but not firing.
When fleeing, the man stole the couple's 2017 Hundai Elentra, car keys, wallets, and cell phones.
