Young is accused of stealing items from the home after the murders, according to police.
Police said Young was using Harrison's credit card in Center City Wednesday, which led authorities to find him at 16th and Chestnut streets where he was arrested without incident.
It's believed that Young was being kicked out from Harrison's home because he was unable to pay rent.
Young was released from prison in July and had an arrest warrant for burglary, police said.
