3 More, Including Teen, Arrested In Philly Apartment Murder

Four people, including a teen, are now facing charges in connection with an April shooting death of a man inside his Philadelphia apartment.

PHILADELPHIA — Three more people have been arrested and charged in connection with the shooting death of a man in his own Philadelphia apartment back in April, Philadelphia Police said. Four remaining suspects were taken into custody recently about a month after one suspect was caught.

According to police, Philadelphia residents Abdoulaye Doucoure, 21; Christina P. Zogar, 16; and Alfred D Bargor, 22 were arrested and charged with various crimes in connection with killing of 33-year-old Nana Opoku in his apartment on the 7700 block of Lindbergh Boulevard on April 18.

Tejan Sherif, 20, of Philadelphia, was arrested June 18.

All four have been charged with murder, robbery, criminal conspiracy, possession of an instrument of crime, and related offenses, police said.

Police said the men came into the apartment while three women were inside it and shot Opoku then fled with the women.

Opoku was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
