McCormick & Schmick's received a particularly disturbing review by health inspectors.

Philly.com reports there was wastewater backing up inside the restaurant, a foul odor and leaks of non-potable water coming into the kitchen.
Further complicating the unappetizing situation, the restaurant did not follow the health department's orders and continued to serve customers, the report said.
