$30K In Power Tools, Van Stolen From Philadelphia Business: Cops

PHILADELPHIA –Roughly $30,000 of power tools and a work van were stolen from a business in Philadelphia's Allegheny West section and police are asking for the public's help identifying those responsible.

According to police, at about 3:50 a.m. Friday, Feb. 16 someone got inside Custom Metal Art Studio, located at 3502 Scotts Lane, through a back door.

While inside the business, the burglars stole $30,000 worth of power tools as well as a 2007 White Ford Econoline E250 work van, police said.

Security footage from the area around the business shows a silver 2010 to 2014 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor with black air vents on its hood and sides along with black wheel well guards. It also has distinctive aftermarket fog lights in the center of its front grille, police said.
