Philomusica Chorale presents America at 250, a series commemorating the anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Our spring concert: We Hold These Truths, features American stories and dreams told through song. To hear lyrics inspired by Langston Hughes, Walt Whitman, famous Washington women, and W.E.B. DuBois; and the music of Margaret Bonds, Norman Dello Joio, Kyle Pederson, and Eugene Simpson, please join us for this event that celebrates the best of who we are!
