Elissa Berardi teaches Tai Chi for Bone Health and Falls Prevention. She is certified as a Tai Chi instructor by the Oriental Fitness Institute of Philadelphia and has taught Tai Chi and Qigong since 2010. She is also certified to teach Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention and Tai Chi for Osteoporosis by the international Tai Chi for Health Institute. In addition, Elissa studied at the Omega Institute in New York, studied and taught at the Won Institute, and has trained with many east and west coast Masters.
