Car Crashes Into Mt Airy Business Tuesday
Witnesses said police believe the driver suffered a medical emergency and lost control of the vehicle before crashing into the business.
MT AIRY, PHILADELPHIA – A vehicle crashed into a Mt. Airy business Tuesday, according to witnesses in the area.
Facebook users posted photos of a vehicle inside the front of the Miles Insurance Agency, located at the corner of Cresheim Road and West Mount Pleasant Avenue in Mt. Airy.
Witnesses tell Patch the vehicle was heading northwest on Cresheim when the vehicle crossed intersection and slammed into the business.

Police on scene told witnesses the driver suffered a seizure and lost control of the vehicle.
No one was substantially injured in the crash, according to police.

Police said fire department crews and Licensing and Inspection crews are on scene.
The outgoing mailbox for the business says it is closed due to the situation.
