CHESTNUT HILL, PHILADELPHIA – Another Chestnut Hill business has been named on of Pennsylvania's best. The last time we told you about a business that was the best in PA it was Bredenbeck's, and this time it's a Germantown Avenue thrift store.

According to the website Best Things Pennsylvania, Phantastic Phinds at 8219 Germantown Ave is the Keystone State's best thrift store.
