Watch: Live Stream of Donald Trump Event In Philadelphia

The Republican candidate for president will speak at The Union League of Philadelphia during an 11 a.m. event on Sept. 7.

Donald Trump is coming back to Philadelphia Wednesday. The Republican candidate for president is scheduled to speak at a private event at The Union League of Philadelphia starting at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 7.

This will be Trump's second visit to Philadelphia in less than a week. On Friday, he conducted a private meeting with African-American voters during an event coordinated by the Greater Exodus Baptist Church.

Pennsylvania is a critical swing state in this year's presidential election. Trump's campaign has said it believes the state's demographics are favorable for him to win here, but all the recent polling indicates Democrat Hillary Clinton is currently favored in the Keystone State.

Last week's event in Philadelphia was a continuation of the candidate's recent aggressive appeal to black voters. He's currently polling a dismal 2 percent of support among African- American voters. Over the weekend, Trump also visited a predominantly black church in Detroit in his quest to shore up additional support among African-Americans.

His new effort to appeal to black voters began in August, as some polls showed he had zero support from the demographic.

"What do you have to lose?" Trump asked black voters, speaking to a mostly white audience, during an event in Dimondale, Michigan, in mid-August. "You're living in poverty. Your schools are no good. You have no jobs. Fifty-eight percent of your youth is unemployed. What the hell do you have to lose?"

Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 8. The deadline to register to vote in Pennsylvania is Oct. 11.
