An estimated 15 million Americans have autism. It affects 1 in 110 births and is four times more prevalent in boys than in girls. Discovering that your child has an autism spectrum disorder can be overwhelming, and a diagnosis brings a multitude of questions about how to proceed. Dale Ellenberg has been practicing  occupational therapy for over 25 years, concentrating her expertise in therapy and advocacy for children and teenagers with autism, and their families.  Join us for the fourth in a series of Evenings of Enrichment, presented by Chestnut Hill Center for Enrichment, as Dale Ellenberg shares her insights and experience. We will also have the benefit of a parent’s perspective. There will be ample opportunity for questions.            A reception will follow. Reservations are requested.

A $10 donation benefits Center for Enrichment programs for older adults in northwest Philadelphia and eastern Montgomery County
