T’ai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that strengthens body and mind. This course covers the first 10 moves of the Yang-style short form and a set of warm up exercises. Other areas of practice will include Qi Gong and meditation.
Beginning T’ai Chi Ch’uan I classes will be held from 11:15a-12:15p and 7-8p. Continuing class will be held from 10a-11a.
