Fall For The Arts Festival: What You Need To Know
Philly's Garden District will host the annual festival this weekend, and we have the detail you need to make the most of it.

CHESTNUT HILL, PHILADELPHIA – Philadelphia's Garden District might as well be called the arts district this weekend, as the Chestnut Hill Fall for the Arts Festival will be held Sunday, Sept. 24.
From 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 24, artists and artisans, musicians, festival foods, and more will fill Germantown Avenue between Willow Grove and Rex Avenues for the free Fall for the Arts Festival.
More than 150 artists and crafters will be on hand to show off and sell their wares to art lovers during the festival.

Additionally, attendees will hear music from four acts on two stages throughout the day.
The Buckley Park Stage at 8200 Germantown Ave. will host Variable Elements from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and City Rhythm from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. The Bethlehem Pike Stage at Bethlehem Pike and Germantown Avenue will feature the Rich Posmentier Ensemble from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Soul City Shakedown from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Not only will the day feature art and music, it will feature al fresco dining from the eateries around the area, children’s rides and activities, festival foods, and more.
Germantown Avenue will be closed to vehicle traffic during the festival.
In the event of rain, the festival will be rescheduled to Sunday, Oct. 1.
