Four Charged With Child Sex Trafficking In Philly

Two of the foursome have are also facing child pornography charges.

Four people in Philadelphia are facing child sex trafficking charges, and two of them are also facing child pornography charges after an FBI investigation, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Collin "Tyson" Cowell, 26, Rocio "Delci" Ramos, 38, Idalis "Dali" Mendez, 20, and Robert Broaddus, 23, all of Philadelphia, have all been charged with sex trafficking three minors, the attorney's office said.

Mendez was also charged with one count of production of child pornography, according to the attorney's office.

Additionally, Cowell and Mendez were also charged with one count of distributing child pornography, the attorney's office said.

If convicted, Cowell and Ramons face life in prison with a 10-year mandatory minimum, while Broaddus, life in prison with a 10-year mandatory minimum, plus possible fines, restitution, and special assessments, the attorney's office said.

Mendez, life in prison with a 15-year mandatory minimum if convicted, according to the attorney's office.

The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Melanie Babb Wilmoth.
