Germantown Youth Organization Presenting Musical Revue This Weekend

Celebrate 10 years of Yes! And… Collaborative Arts' winter show all weekend.

A Germantown-based youth development organization is celebrating 10 years of it's annual winter show this weekend and you have five chances to see the musical revue.

Yes! And… Collaborative Arts (YACA) will present A Winter Sort of Thing at 7 p.m. March 2, March 3 and March 4. The group will also hold shows at 1 p.m. on March 4 and March 5.

Advance tickets are just $15 for adults and $12 for seniors and children 12 and under. Tickets purchased at the door will have a $2 extra charge.

Studentsvalid high school or college/university identifications can pay just $5 at the door.

The A Winter Sort of Thing: 10 Year Anniversary will be a musical revue of the past decade of shows with all of the fun, hijinks and silliness that families throughout the city have grown to love.

"Audiences will take a ride from Father Time’s workshop to Mother Nature on vacation from the high seas to the pages of story books," the show description read. "Stories of Imaginary Friends, snow storms that won’t quit, and a children’s crusade. The scenes, songs, characters and stories along with actors, directors, and musicians from all ten years will return to the stage. If it is your tenth Winter Sort of Thing or your first, each scene is sure to entertain and inspire.

The show will be held at the Venice Island Performing Arts and Recreation Center, 7 Lock St., Manayunk.
