For Actors (aspiring or otherwise):

Have you always been interested in performing, but haven't found a way to learn the basics?

Anyone can learn how to build a character from “page to stage”!

Join us, and have fun while exploring, through improvisation, theater games, scene study and relaxation techniques!

This 10 week class offers a beginners introduction to acting, and will culminate in a final performance.

Both actors and non actors will explore stagecraft in a safe, non-threatening environment.

About the Instructor- Marilyn Yoblick
Marilyn has over 40 years of directing and performing experience in the Philly theater and film community. She is a member of SAG/AFTRA and ACTOR'S EQUITY. She graduated from Temple University with a degree in Television and Film, and has appeared in featured films with Helen Mirren, Cuba Gooding, Jr, and Joseph Gordon Levitt. She has been private coaching for forty years.
