Man Shot During Attempted Robbery In Germantown: Police
The victim is recovering after being shot in the chest early Thursday morning on the Germantown section of Philadelphia, police said.

PHILADELPHIA – A 43-year-old man recovering is in the hospital after being shot during an attempted robbery in Germantown early Thursday morning, according to Philadelphia police.
Police said at about 12:02 a.m. on Thursday, May 24, the victim was shot once in the right side of his chest during an attempted robbery on the 5000 block of Knox Street.
The victim was rushed to Einstein Medical Center where he is listed in stable condition.

Police have not recovered a weapon and have not made any arrests.
