No. Mica is a restaurant that is more suitable to an elegant date night for mom and dad rather than your typical family restaurant. If you want to introduce your little one to what the essence of food made with the best seasonal and local ingredients then you have found the right place.
Are there healthy options? How does Mica deal with food allergies?

All the courses are healthy. You won’t find fried or heavily processed food on the menu. If your child has a food allergy, make a request and that item will not be served.
Is the restaurant so quiet that any childish outburst will draw attention or is there enough noise that a small cry is likely to go unnoticed?
Mica is a 30-seat restaurant. It would be difficult for anyone or any noise to go unnoticed. A particularly fussy child would be very apparent to other patrons.
Is there a diaper changing location/station?
No.
Any other suggestions?
Our server said that children are welcomed although Mica does not have a menu catering to them. Many kids appreciate and love the local and fresh courses available.
