Packages Stolen From Chestnut Hill-Area Home: Police

Do you recognize this man? He stole two packages from a residence just outside the Chestnut Hill neighborhood recently.

PHILADELPHIA – Philadelphia Police are reporting recent package thefts that occurred at a residence just outside of the Chestnut Hill neighborhood.

According to police, two packages were stolen at about 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 29 from a home on the 8600 block of Rugby Street, just east of Chestnut Hill.

Police said cameras captured footage of a black male enter the residences' gated front yard. The man then is seen taking two Amazon packages left on the steps of the residence.

The suspect the fled the area in an unknown direction, police said.
