PA's Best Cake Is In Chestnut Hill, According To Business Insider

Pennsylvanians will have to head to Philadelphia to get the best cake in the state.

CHESTNUT HILL, PHILADELPHIA – If you have a sweet tooth and live in Philadelphia, and even more specifically in Chestnut Hill, you're in luck. Business Insider complied the best bakeries for cake in each state, and Bredenbeck's Bakery on Germantown Avenue in Chestnut Hill took the title for Pennsylvania's best cake.

The outlet used Foursquare reviews to determine each state's best slice of cake.

For PA, it makes sense that Bredenbeck's can be considered the best: the bakery has been perfecting confections since it opened in 1889 in a different part of the city.
