Restaurant Robbed, Worker Assaulted After Woman Kicks In Door: Cops
The female suspect kicked open the door to the restaurant's kitchen and assaulted a worker. Three other suspects then stole cash.
PHILADELPHIA – Philadelphia Police are seeking four teenagers in connection with a commercial robbery that occurred last week on Chew Avenue. Police said anyone who recognizes the teens is asked to contact them.
The incident occurred at about 2:35 p.m. on Saturday, April 22 at Golden China Chinese Food restaurant, 5650 Chew Ave., police said.
The four teens, one female and three males, entered the restaurant and loitered inside it for an "extended period of time," police said.

When asked to buy something or leave, the female became enraged, police said, kicking the door to the restaurant's kitchen area.
She then got inside the kitchen area and starting punching a 44-year-old female employee in the head and face, police said.

After the attack, the males ran into the kitchen and grabbed money on the counter and took a bucket with cash and change inside, police said.
The four then fled south on Chew Avenue, police said.
The employee was taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center for minor injuries, police said.
The teens made off with $20 in cash, according to police.
Police offered the following description of the suspects:
- Black female, 16 to 18 years old, stocky build, long braids in hair, wearing a dark baseball cap, light colored jacket, blue jeans, and gray/black sneakers;
- Black male, 16 to 18 years old, medium build, wearing a black jacket, gray hooded sweatshirt, and dark colored pants;
- Black male, 16 to 18 years old, medium build, wearing a black jacket, gray hooded sweatshirt, and blue jeans;
- Black male, 16 to 18 years old, medium build, wearing a green zip-up jacket, gray hooded sweatshirt, and blue jeans.
Police said the public should not approach the suspect and should call 911 immediately if he is spotted.
