Robber Hits Chestnut Hill Bank Saturday, Reward Offered For Info
The man seen here robbed the TD Bank branch on Germantown Avenue Saturday and authorities are asking or help finding him.
CHESTNUT HILL, PHILADELPHIA – A bank robber hit a Chestnut Hill TD Bank branch over the weekend and now the FBI/PPD Violent Crimes Task Force is asking for the public's help with the case. A reward is being offered for information leading to the suspect's arrest and conviction.
Authorities said the man seen here went into the TD Bank branch located at 8600 Germantown Ave. at about 9:40 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 1.
He gave the teller a demand note and then got an undisclosed amount of cash, authorities said.

The man then fled the area on foot in an unknown direction.
He is described as a black man in his late 20s with a medium build, clean-shaven face, and light complexion. He had on a denim jacket, gray hooded sweatshirt with the hood up, blue jeans, white sneakers, and was wearing glasses.

This subject is considered armed and dangerous.

A reward is being offered for information leading to this suspect's capture; tipsters can remain anonymous.
