See Chestnut Hill's 'Movies Under the Stars' Lineup
Your family will be able to see some of the biggest movies in recent years while enjoy the outdoors later this summer for free.

CHESTNUT HILL, PHILADELPHIA – The Chestnut Hill Community Association is giving you and your family a chance to see some of the biggest movies of the last year under the stars this summer, as it is again hosting it's "Movies Under the Stars" showings in August.
Your family is invited to the free showings that will begin at 8 p.m. each Friday evening in August. Food trucks will arrive at the outdoor theater at 7 p.m. so you can fuel up before enjoying the flicks.
Each showing will be held at the Water Tower Recreation Center Field 209 East Hartwell Lane, Philadelphia.

Here is the schedule for the 3rd Annual Movies Under the Stars and what food trucks will be on hand each night:
- Aug. 4 - "Moana" (2016), Pitruco Pizza, Zsa's Ice Cream
- Aug. 11 - "The Lego Batman Movie" (2017), Brotherly Grub, Zsa's Ice Cream
- Aug. 18 - "Beauty and the Beast" (2017), Chickie's and Pete's
- Aug. 25 - "Rogue One" (2016), Momma's Meatballs, Zsa's Ice Cream
Attendees should bring their own blankets and chairs to enjoy the movies, which will projected on a 28-foot screen at the Water Tower field.

In the event of rain, the movies will be show at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy, 8000 Cherokee St., Philadelphia.
