SPCA Releases Video Of Man Who Stole Puppy From Philly Shelter

PHILADELPHIA — Officials with the Pennsylvania SPCA released video footage of the man who stole a puppy from its shelter last week in hopes of the public identifying him and finding the dog.

The video above shows a man stealing a Shiba Inu puppy at about 5 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 25 from the SPCA's Erie Avenue headquarters

Authorities are offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the man,

Anyone who recognizes the man is asked to call 911.

Additionally, if anyone sees the individual with the puppy, call 911.
