Tree Falls On Car Driving In Mt. Airy

A tree fell on a car that was driving in Mt. Airy Monday morning, according to reports. No injuries were reported but the car sustained heavy damage, according to footage from the scene captured by 6ABC.

The incident was reported around 10:30 a.m. on McCallum Street near St. Georges Road, the report said.

A woman and her husband were driving a Volkswagen when the tree quickly fell on the car, leaving no time to swerve, the victim told 6ABC. Neither the woman or her husband were hurt.
