Watch: Live Stream Of Hillary Clinton Event In Philadelphia

Hillary Clinton will be in Philadelphia Tuesday for a voter registration event at West Philadelphia High School, 4901 Chestnut St., Philadelphia.

The event starts at 1:15 p.m. Eastern time. It's her second event in Pennsylvania this week. On Monday, Clinton was in Scranton with Vice President Joe Biden.

Pennsylvania is a critical swing state in this year's presidential election. The Keystone State has sided with the Democrats in every presidential election since 1988, and recent polling is on Clinton's side.

However, Donald Trump's campaign has said it believes its message of bringing jobs back for the state's blue-collar workers could turn Pennsylvania red this time around.

While Trump might be pushing for a win in Pennsylvania, Clinton's campaign remains confident about its prospects of carrying the state and gaining its 20 electoral votes. A pro-Clinton super PAC recently announced plans to drop advertising in the state, Bloomberg reports.

Meanwhile, all eyes are on Pennsylvania as Nov. 8 nears. CNN recently visited several spots in Bucks County to talk with voters. The Philadelphia suburbs have also been the focus of recent New York Times reports.

An NBC/WSJ/Marist poll released this week gives Clinton an 11-point edge in Pennsylvania. Polls released this week by Susquehanna and Quinnipiac universities both have the former secretary of state up by 10 points. Overall, she leads by 9.2 percent in Real Clear Politics' average of Pennsylvania polls.
