Woman Missing From Area Since Oct. 17: Philadelphia Police
Diana Stowe was last seen Oct. 17 on the 7400 block of N. 21st Street. Have you see her in the area?
PHILADELPHIA – A 65-year-old woman has been missing since Oct. 17 and Philadelphia Police are hoping the public can help locate her.
Police said Diana Stowe, 65, was last seen Tuesday, Oct. 17 at 9:30 a.m. on the 7400 block of N. 21st Street.
She is 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 235 pounds, has a heavy build, brown eyes, a dark complexion, and partially gray hair, police said.

She has a scar on the left side of her back, according to police.
She was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and black sweat pants.
