• Monroeville Police chase in Spirit Halloween parking lot started as report for stolen vehicle (wtae.com) — Police from Churchill, Monroeville, Penn Hills and Allegheny County swarmed a wooded area near Nottingham Drive and Beulah Road after a traffic stop for a suspected stolen vehicle turned into a chase. The pursuit began in a Spirit Halloween parking lot along William Penn Highway and ended when officers lost sight of the car near Home Depot, with at least one person later seen in handcuffs.
