• Long vacant property in Churchill may soon be developed after zoning change (wpxi.com) — Churchill Borough has approved new mixed-use zoning for the long-vacant George Westinghouse Research and Technology Park, opening the door to the proposed Legacy Crossings development with shops, restaurants, and possibly a grocery store. The 130-acre site, once eyed by Amazon, could now bring new tax revenue, housing, and amenities to Churchill, though specific tenants and a final plan are still being worked out.
