3 From Western PA Busted In Ohio Child Sex Sting Operation

They were among 16 men arrested, the Ohio Attorney General's Office announced.

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA - A Cranberry man and two other western Pennsylvania residents were among 16 people arrested in an undercover sting targeting predators seeking to sexually exploit children.

David Kent, 24, of Cranberry; Steven Sutton, 44, of Prospect and Thomas Yakemovic III, 30, of West Middlesex were the Pennsylvania men taken into custody, Ohio Attorney General David Yost announced.They are facing felony charges that include importuning, attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and possession of criminal tools.

The investigation was spearheaded by the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force, which is part part of Yost’s Ohio Organized Crime Investigations Commission and the Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. It was the second undercover sting operation this year in the Youngstown area, as a March 14 operation netted eight men.
