28th Day of 100 Days of Caring by Cranberry Girl Scouts

On Dec. 31, Troop 20555 “adopted” a college student, whom one of their leaders had taught in elementary school.  

This particular young woman has no family to speak of and is putting herself through college. When speaking with her old teacher, the student related that one of the more difficult parts of school was the fact that she had no family to send her mail.  

With that in mind, troop 20555 has been sending her letters and packages.
