Man Run Over By Car In Pittsburgh Dies
A man lost his life over the weekend after apparently being struck by a car in the parking lot of a Pittsburgh business.
PITTSBURGH, PA — A man was found dead in the parking lot of a Squirrel Hill business early Sunday.
At approximately 4:30 a.m., Pittsburgh Police located an unresponsive man on the ground in the parking lot of the business in the 5700 block of Forward Ave.
Medics pronounced him dead at the scene. According to Pittsburgh Public Safety officials, his injuries were consistent with being run over by a vehicle.

The Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the man as Sadao Oka, 56, of Wilkins.
According to Google Maps, the only business with a parking lot in the block of Forward Avenue is the Lifetime Auto Center, which was not open at the time of the incident.

According to authorities, one woman was taken into custody and interviewed at police headquarters.
It's unclear if any charges have been filed in connection with the event.
