Fall Art Classes, Adult and Student at Room 101

It's that time of year when parents are looking for after school activities for their children.

This is also a good time for adults to find an indoor activity as the weather gets cooler. Room 101 Art is the place to explore your creative side.

Maria Leysens offers a variety of classes in her Mars studio. I have taken a few of her watercolor workshops and some younger members of my family have attended birthday parties and summer art camps at Room 101 Art.

Maria is a warm "people person" and teaches with a relaxed style that encourages students to explore techniques and find their artistic style.

Besides enjoying her fifth year of teaching, Maria is also an active artist. She is a  member of The Daily Painters of Pennsylvania and the Pittsburgh Pastel Artist League. Maria exhibits her work regionally and this summer won an award at the weekend event, Plein Air in Peninsula, Peninsula, OH.
