Flavors That Will Bring You Holiday Cheer Without the Pounds!

As a health enthusiast and food fanatic, I try to find the most delicious and healthy food options around the Pittsburgh area.

Eating out a lot is not always the way to go when maintaining a healthy diet, but I do find it comforting to go out and splurge every once and awhile.

Hence the reasoning for me finding healthy alternatives that also fit into my low budget. This brings me to my tidbit for today. Right outside of the city limits, there is a frozen yogurt shop, Sincerely Yogurt, that is just as health conscious as I am—and iit just so happens to be delicious!

Not only do they have a wide variety of choices to choose from, they also list the nutritional value of each flavor. The flavors change every so often and I found this to be refreshing.

Not only can I pick my desired combinations, I can also decided how much of it I want. The price is only 45 cents an ounce, too. With multiple locations and more coming soon, I find myself stopping at the shop for a quick fix.

It is by far my favorite place to go and grab a fast snack. You can be in and out, or you can be entertained whilst you indulge your tastebuds. 

Earlier today, I went Christmas shopping in Cranberry Township and found myself passing a Sincerely Yogurt right off of Freedom Rd. After a couple hours of shopping, I was still in the Christmas mood, so I decided to stop by to see if they had any special flavors for the holidays, which they did.

At first glance, I found myself drooling over the fact that they have the peppermint stick flavor! Eager to try it, I quickly fill my waffle bowl with the pink-colored froyo and topped it with chocolate rocks and yogurt chips.

As I took the first bit, I fell in love and immediately had to tell the world about how wonderful it was. Therefore, I highly recommend trying the holiday-inspired flavor which is available at the Cranberry Township location!

I don't know how long this flavor is going to last, they seemingly change flavors every couple of days, so I highly suggest that you hurry up and go out today, while the weather is still warm, to Sincerely Yogurt and try the new flavor!
